Cardio Combo---60 minute class featuring step aerobics and weight training.

Pilates---Great workout for all levels with strength moves using body weight as resistance.

Body Sculpt--- Toning Class to help sculpt those trouble areas.

Cycling---Feel the ride!  An ultimate cadio experience featuring cycling bikes. Each participant has complete control over the amount of resistance placed on the bike. 

Boot Camp---A no nonsense approach to cardio training..drills, jumps and more.

Step---HIgh intensity, low impact workout by stepping up and down on an adjustable platform.

Circuit---Class using a variety of stations or drills to challenge cardiovascular while incorporating strength training.

Yoga---Body strengthening, stretching and breathwork.

Cardio Kick- Kickboxing moves and tons of cardio!
