MOTIVATIONAL TRAINING

Premiere Lady offers complimentary training sessions for members who need a change with their exercise program.  Monthly evaluations are strongly encouraged for maintaining your exercise program.  If you become bored with your program or simply need some extra motivation, we can help add some spark to your workout.  See a staff member for more information.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training Packages are available for an additional charge.  The KickStart Training Package is designed for new members who desire a solid exercise program offering six personalized, 1/2 hour sessions with a trainer. Purchase this package upon enrolling and recieve your 7th session free! Other training packages available.
