Power Blendz Juice Bar:

Enjoy a treat after you workout! Our juice bar offers specialty meal replacement drinks for the person on the go. Specialty drinks include fat burners, energizer drinks, delicious smoothies, protein shakes and more.  In addition to catering Premiere Lady members, Power Blendz is open to the public. Orders of 5+ drinks can be called in for pick up. See Menu page.

Complimentary Training Sessions:

Premiere Lady offers complimentary training sessions for members who need a change with their exercise program.  Monthly evaluations are strongly encouraged for maintaining your exercise program.  If you become bored with your program or simply need some extra motivation, we can help add some spark to your workout.  See a staff member for more information.

Personal Training Sessions:

Premiere Lady offers qualified personal trainers for an additional charge.  Personal Training Sessions range from $30.00-$35.00 per half hour depending on the trainer. While hiring a personal trainer can be costly, the overall results are rewarding.  Being accountable to a trainer 2-3 times a week has great benefits. If you are interested in having your own personal trainer, contact the center.
